The label which appears on independence-D 2007 【 LIVE SHOW CASE 】 can use 1booth.
■The basic package includes the followings:

*The place of the stage , time can't be chosen.

*10 tickets for the day of your performance will be included.
Independence-D 2006 committee prepare for the subsidy system that the cost to visit Japan is aided to an overseas label to hope for the participation.

■Requirements to apply for the Financial Aid
・ The label which a committee agreed officially can receive a subsidy. After an appearance is decided, it is told from the committee.
・ Please cooperate which the interview on the event day.
・ Please provide a present for the website project “A Gift from the Performers”.
・ Independence-D committee owns the right of use of the voice and the image of the artist
who belongs to the label which receives a subsidy.
(The executive committee will manage the media usage of the images or the sounds after the event.)
*Labels are free to use the material copy if you agree to cover the copying expenses.

・ Please note Labels to be responsible for all international trip arrangements and expenses.
・ Please note Labels to be responsible for all accommodating arrangements and expenses.
・ Also, please arrange all domestic transportations (Airport ～ Hotel, Hotel ～Venue) by yourselves.

Examination and Approval
A decision on an appearance
■Upon final judgment by the Federation of Music Producers “Independence-D Executive Committee”, each applicant to participate will be contacted.
Participation fee payment
■We will issue an invoice for the participation fees. Please transfer the fees by the designated deadline. The deadline will be advised by the Executive Committee.
Application for the Financial Aid
■Please submit a separate application form for the Financial Aid.
The executive committee will provide you with the application form upon request.
Examination and Approval
■Upon final judgment by the Federation of Music Producers the “Independence-D Executive Committee”, we will inform you with the results.
The financial aid will be furnished directly into your bank account.
■Must be able to perform for the Independence-D to be held at STUDIO COAST (Shin-kiba, Tokyo ) on February 3 rd and 4 th , 2007.
* The date of each artist's performance will be advised upon final decision.
■Please acknowledge in advance that we shall shoot the live performance and
take steel photos, and that image material shot/recorded for the day shall
be used, based on the judgment of the Federation of Music Producers and the
Independence-D Executive Committee, for broadcasting media, free streaming
on web pages and other various media bodies as promotion purposes.
■Labels are free to use the copy of the recorded image material if you
agree to cover the copying expenses.
■The live performance will be tape recorded, and the Federation of Music Producers will use the recorded image for free streaming service on relating web sites and broadcasting media for promotion purposes of the Independence-D.
■All music pieces of the artists of the live performance shall be used for
Music Distribution Verification experiment. As we shall use the material on
the main music distribution sites of Japan (PC, ringing tunes, full ringing
tunes) as a featured special of the Independence-D 2007 performers, we
request each artist to prepare one music piece that is one of his/her most
important works that has obtained consents from all right holders.
